The Men of Gwent now look forward to their third Welsh derby in a row as they face the Guinness PRO12 table toppers the Ospreys.
The South-African lock commented: “It's starting to turn for us, you can see that in the way that we are playing.
"We have improved loads since the start of the season, so we are positive even though we didn't get the 'W' against the Blues."
Looking at the table, the Dragons captain added: "We are only five points back on the Blues and we just need to keep working hard going into Sunday, the Ospreys are top of the log but we are up for the challenge.”
