Newport Gwent Dragons got their preparations for the season underway with a 66-0 win over the Gwent Premier XV at Pandy Park.
New signing for the Dragons Aled Brew clinched a hat-trick while Joe Bearman scored a brace.
Nic Fitisemanu impressed with his bulldozing runs while hooker Ben Daly was accurate in the lineout and also made his presence known in the loose.
The Dragons scored ten tries in total with new signing prop Lee Harrison from Glasgow also getting on the score sheet.
Ceri Sweeney looked sharp when he came on in the second half and quickly got on the try scoring sheet, Aled Brew claimed the second and third of his hat trick of tries while hooker Steve Jones completed the whitewash.
