Abrasive back row Ben Fry made his professional debut for Dragons against Timisoara Saracens in the European Challenge Cup in 2018. The forward from Radyr was rewarded for an industrious display with a breakaway try against the Romanians.
Fry - who has played for Bargoed - has also impressed on the international stage with Wales Under-20s.
The Dragons Academy graduate signed a first senior professional contract in July 2020.
