Dragons welcome the Romanians to Rodney Parade eager to repeat the 54-17 bonus point win when the two teams met in October.
And Benjamin – a late try scorer in the league clash with Scarlets last weekend – is eager for Dragons to hit their stride in attack and defence.
“The boys are just excited now to get back on the pitch. We will want to express ourselves in attack and get some tries on the board,” said the 24-year-old.
“On our own patch we want to score some tries, but it is going to be a tough game. Our set piece will definitely need to improve, but we can go in confident mood and look to impress.
“In attack we are improving every week and we are creating some really good pictures and have just got to take those chances.
“Against the Scarlets, if we kept hold of the ball and were a bit more accurate it could have been different.”
“We can’t underestimate the Romanians,” he added. “They definitely have a strong pack and when we played them away they came off the line and put pressure on our attack.”
Dragons are expected to make changes and Benjamin is keen to push his claims for more action after his impressive replacement appearance at Parc y Scarlets.
“There have been some really good performances from the whole of the pack the last few weeks and it has been tough on the bodies so the coaches might make changes,” he said.
“Anybody who comes in will be chomping at the bit to come in and get a game and put in a big display for the Dragons.
"I've been trying to knuckle down to get back in the team so have to take every opportunity but it's hard when the back row are standing out every week, I can't commend them enough,” he added.
"The competition in training is good and it's not just me, Nic Cudd, Huw Taylor and so many other players are chomping at the bit this week to put their hand up for selection."
