Dragons Rugby Injury Update

The Dragons squad returned to their Ystrad Mynach training base last week for their first pre-season under Bernard Jackman.

Following the summer break the Dragons medical team issued the following injury update:

Welsh international wing Hallam Amos (shoulder) is due to return to full training following a delayed break due to his continuation of rehab. Whilst Ashton Hewitt has been participating fully in non-contact training

Hooker Elliot Dee is progressing well through his rehab following ankle surgery during the off season, whilst 18-year-old prop Chris Coleman recently underwent shoulder surgery and is likely that he will be out of action for 4-5months.

Tavis Knoyle, who won the last of his 11 Wales caps as a scrum-half in 2013, is progressing well through his rehab following wrist surgery at the end of last season and has begun some skill based work.

Centre Adam Warren’s rehab from his toe injury is going well and he is where he should be with his recovery.
