With newcomer Zane Kirchner set to make his first start for the Dragons, six promising regional stars have also been named in the squad seeing Bedwas, Cross Keys, RGC and Newport RFC all represented.

International U20s wings Jared Rosser and Joe Goodchild join South African International Kirchner in the back three, with Adam Warren and Connor Edwards making up the centre partnership. Fly-half Dorian Jones gets the nod alongside young scrum-half Owain Leonard.

The front row sees Liam Belcher, who joined the Dragons this summer from Cardiff Blues, take his place in the front row alongside props Luke Garrett and Brok Harris, who captains the side at tighthead prop.

The second row sees Principality Premiership lock Henri Williams get the nod alongside Rynard Landman, as the back row sees Morgan Allen, Dawid Rubasniak and Robson Blake named.
