Newport Gwent Dragons have been overwhelmed with the response from supporters who have registered an interest in the Dragons Supporters’ Club.
We are really excited about the prospect of establishing a fully independent Supporters’ Club for the Dragons. The Supporters’ Club will become a recognised body with which we can consult and engage at regular intervals and important times through the season.
Whilst the Dragons Supporters’ Club will offer a new recognised voice, Newport Gwent Dragons would like to acknowledge the input that Friends of Newport Rugby have made in representing Dragons’ interests at Regional Level to date.
Dragons staff will oversee the setting up of the Supporters' Club during the close season, before handing this over to be run by a Committee of supporters.
