Dixon is confident with Dragons ability

Centre Jack Dixon is confident with Newport Gwent Dragons ability in making it all the way in the European Rugby Challenge Cup.

The Men of Gwent have made it into the semi-finals of the European Challenge Cup and will play Edinburgh Rugby at BT Murrayfield Stadium after beating the Cardiff Blues 25-21 at Rodney Parade on Saturday 4th April.

But first the Dragons take on Leinster in the Guinness Pro12 and after beating the Irish outfit on their home turf at the RDS in February, Leinster will be looking forward to settling some scores.

The young gun commented: "We just have to knuckle down for Leinster before the semi-final; We are improving week on week and our confidence is right up there.

"The win against the Blues is a massive boost to the players and the club and we've had some great wins over the last couple of weeks.

"It was a great experience for the boys and we enjoyed the pressure game. Now we are quietly confident for the semi-final because we are in a good position as a team at the moment and believe we can push on to the final."

Newport Gwent Dragons take on Leinster on Sunday 12th April, KO 16:15. Tickets are on sale now by calling 01633 674990 or by clicking www.newportgwentdragons.com/tickets
