This week though the rugby star got to feel pressure of a life-saving kind when he visited Mayberry Pharmacy in Blackwood.
The Wales U20 international was there to roll up his sleeve and have his blood pressure taken as part of the Lower Your Risk of Stroke campaign, which is being run by Stroke Association Wales throughout May.
Stroke is officially the fourth biggest killer in Wales with almost 40% of cases due to clots caused by high blood pressure. A simple blood pressure test at your local pharmacy could help discover whether you have a problem, and as part of the campaign Mayberry Pharmacy is encouraging people to visit one of its pharmacies for a free check.
Dragons star Aaron said: “Just by visiting your local pharmacy, you can get your blood pressure checked and pick up some helpful advice from a pharmacist on how to reduce your risks.”
