Phil and Dan appeared at the new branch within the Caldicot Shopping Centre on Saturday 15th June to celebrate its official opening.
As part of the opening, customers were given the opportunity to meet Phil and Dan at the branch. Customers and their families spent the morning chatting with the players, getting autographs and having photographs taken.
The Caldicot branch has been relocated only a short distance from its former home to new premises at 27 Newport Road. The relocated branch now offers enhanced customer facilities such as improved disabled access, a suite of new private interview rooms, additional space and a more welcoming environment for all.
The same helpful staff team remain on hand to assist customers and assure a friendly and professional service at all times. The new branch will continue to offer a full mortgage advisory service and a competitive range of mortgage, savings and insurance products, all coupled with the personal approach to customer service that the Society is well known for.
Mr Andrew Lewis, Chief Executive of Monmouthshire Building Society, said, “The new Caldicot branch is a key part of the Society’s long-term plan to develop and improve the delivery of our services across South Wales.”
He continued: “The new branch will allow the Society to provide a more satisfying customer experience to both new and existing customers in the local area. We were delighted that Phil Price and Dan Way were able to join us to celebrate the official opening of our new Caldicot branch, and that we were able to offer local rugby enthusiasts the opportunity to meet them up close.”
