WRU| Dragons Region to hold first ‘Skills Hub of 2013’
The WRU & Gwent Dragons are pleased to launch their FREE Development skills day in the February half term for players aged 12-14 (Year 7, 8 and 9 only).
Payers that attend the event will be given expert coaching and be introduced to key fundamental movement patterns and skill related activities. The purpose of the skills day is to provide each player with the opportunity to develop their skills in front of District and Dewar shield coaches. All players will be provided with feedback and given a certificate highlighting their achievement on the day.
Places are limited with only 100 available.
The WRU & Dragons will be running the event in the region
The dates and times are as follows:
Date: February 15th
Time: 9:30 – 2pm
The skills hubs are open to all players from any school and any club within the region , the skills hub is completely free of charge.
