Dragons Head of Strength & Conditioning will host a Coaching Association evening at Blackwood RFC on Wednesday 13th July, starting at 7pm.
The evening is aimed at developing an understanding for all coaches on how to prepare players through pre-season and to make the most impact as a coach. Alex will look into how to prepare players of all ages for the physical demands of the modern game.
The evening is open to all coaches of all abilities and is free to enter.
