The well established Skills Camps that the community department have been running for over 8 successful years are proving a great success again.
Hundreds of kids are taking advantage of the amazingly cheap deal to enjoy the opportunity to participate with Dragons staff and coaches. They are all giving an emphatic thumbs up to the camps as they find ways in which to improve their rugby and general sporting skills.
Community development officer Janice Chappell was beaming at the end of the first camp as it had two young girls taking part, “They were both outstanding” she said “mind you all the children on the camp were excellent in terms of effort”.
Mike Sage the manager of the community projects was equally pleased, “We have had many other rugby based skills camps come and go over the years, but from the feedback we receive we know we are the original and still the best”.
