Grant Rogers, Rhodi Jones, Craig Howells, Rhydian Wilson and Ashley Norton (2) crossed for first half tries for the under 18s with Adam Jones adding three conversions.
Sean Griffiths scored two penalties for the North, but the Dragons added a further try after the break from Mike Webber which Lewis Roblin converted.
Outside half Joshua Prosser and wing Thomas Ashmeads scored first half tries for the Dragons under 16s who led 10-0 at the break.
Iolo Evans and Andrew Oakden kept the North in the game with tries after the interval, but replacement scrum half scored the winning try for the Dragons. Thomas Haynes added a penalty for good measure and manager Wayne Pugh said; "It was a decent game, but great to get our first win of the season."
