After a modest start to the WRU Reebok Regional Championship season, the Dragons' under 18s made it two wins in as many games, beating the Blues 27-3 in the WRU Reebok Regional Championship at Abertillery Park.
Defeat at the hands of the Ospreys last month, was followed up by a deserved success over the Scarlets last time out.
However, last night's victory over the Blues was the pick of the performances to date - Danny Ellis once again the most significant contributor with 17 points from a drop goal, a conversion and four penalties.
Tomos Crandon and Morgan Allen scored tries for the Dragons whilst for the Blues, Joe Deacon kicked a consolation penalty.
Dragons team manager Billy Vyvian said, "Maybe a few people underestimated us after losing our opening game of the season to the Ospreys. Having said that, we are a good side and we were outstanding tonight, all over the field."
Jack Flower was, perhaps, the pick of the Dragons bunch with Vyvian admitting; "Jack's was an outstanding performance and it went a long way towards us winning the game."
In the other game, the Ospreys won 21-17 at the Scarlets with Kristian Phillips (2) scoring two tries and Mathew Jarvis kicking 11 points.
