Newport Gwent Dragons are working in partnership with the HoneyBee Project at the University of Glamorgan. The HoneyBee project aims to provide flexible work placements for companies and students. HoneyBee projects give students the opportunity to apply their academic knowledge into real life work situations.
Two groups of students from HoneyBee are working on projects in partnership with the Newport Gwent Dragons. The first project aims to analyse the opinions of current Newport Gwent Dragons fans, through surveying spectators at a number of Dragons home fixtures. The second project will examine the opinions of rugby fans at club level within The Dragons region, through surveying spectators at a number of club games in the region.
It is hoped both projects will help The Dragons with future plans and build a lasting link with HoneyBee and the University of Glamorgan.
