The Dragons won the inaugural Uskmouth Power Men of Gwent 7's competition on Sunday running out 31-0 winners against Cross Keys in the final.
The Dragons won their two pool games beating Caerphilly RFC 50-0 in the opening game and defeated Pill Harriers 21-5 to get the maximum six points from the group to finish in pole position. In the quarter finals they beat Newport Saracens 24-7 and defeated Bedwas 31-7 in the semi final.
Cross Keys' route to the final saw them draw their opening game 19-19 with Bedwas before beating Pontypool 38-12. Cross Keys then qualified as runners up and faced Newport in the quarter finals who they defeated 7-5. In the semi final they beat Ebbw Vale 26-17 before running out of steam in the final.
