Due to heavy rain and last Sunday's match against the Borders, the Amateur XV game has been moved from Rodney Parade and will now be played at Blackwood RFC kick off 7.30pm.
This is the first fixture of an exciting new initiative that provides players from divisions 1 – 5, aged under 25 an opportunity to play regional rugby.
Fixtures are played on a home and away basis against each of the other Welsh Regions. The best young talent from clubs all over Gwent have only been training together for a few weeks but will have the honour of representing the Dragons on this historic occasion in a match that promises to be high in skill, commitment and enthusiasm.
