Dragons v Southern Kings Match Report
It was another impressive win for the Welsh Region at home, with this match ending on a final score of 29-13 and a bonus point win.
Dragons Head Coach, Bernard Jackman fielded a different team to the one that lost out to Ulster in Belfast last weekend in round 4.
It was the opposition who opened their account first as fly-half Pieter-Steyn de Wet knocked over an easy penalty, however the Dragons took over the lead soon after with a converted try from wing Hallam Amos. Soon after Gavin Henson added a penalty kick to the score board to see the home side in the lead 10-3.
Another penalty for the Southern Kings saw them narrow the gap but the Dragons continued to dominate, with a driving maul seeing Elliot Dee go over for the second try of the evening. The third came soon after with a break from scrum-half Sarel Pretorius who found Amos to see him cross for his second and the Dragons third, with Henson converting.
The Dragons almost secured the bonus point before the break as it looked like Matthew Screech carried the ball over, only for the referee to go upstairs and the footage be inconclusive.

The bonus point came in the 43rd minute as Man of the Match Elliot Dee powered over from short range after a break from Carl Meyer, with another lovely kick from Henson to extend the lead to 29-6.
The visitors secured a consolation following a yellow card for Leon Brown and the Kings made the most of their man advantage with Andisa Ntsila crossing from the driving maul and crashing over the whitewash.
Henson took a long range kick at the posts but it went wide, however the Dragons had done enough and took away the bonus point win.
