NEWPORT GWENT DRAGONS SQUAD UPDATE
The region did not suffer any further injuries to any players in their last home game against Connacht Rugby in Round 17. But prop lock Dan Way who injured himself in February is still out with his back injury but is on the road to recovery.
T. Rhys Thomas who suffered a fracture to his hand during the match against Ulster Rugby is due to return to light training next week alongside the squad, so is not up selection against Zebre.
Young scrum half Luc Jones is also not up for selection as he has a knee injury.
Meanwhile Welsh international Hallam Amos, who suffered an injury to his ankle against Leinster Rugby in February, has returned to mix and is available for selection. He is joined by scrumhalf Jonathan Evans who also returns to the squad after recovering from his PCL injury.
Lyn Jones and his coaching staff will also get another boost to the squad as young guns Steffan Jones and Cory Hill return to the fold after suffering with hamstring injuries.
