Wales international Jonah Holmes agreed to join the region on a long-term contract in the summer of 2020.
Holmes, who can play on the wing or full back, joined Dragons after being released from the final year of his contract by Leicester Tigers. He scored 24 tries in three seasons with Tigers.
Holmes was called up to the Wales squad by in 2018 and made his debut against Tonga in the autumn internationals.
